Behavioral Health Hero 2020: The Faces of Trauma

Suicide Prevention as a Healthcare Practice, Health and Safety Issue by Frank King, Health Comedian

The Faces of Trauma is a 5-part series of webinars discussing how trauma originates from many sources in life.

June 18th Frank King will discuss Suicide Prevention. Depression and suicide run in his family. He’s thought about killing himself more times than he can count. He’s fought a lifetime battle with Major Depressive Disorder and Chronic Suicidality, turning that long dark journey of the soul into five TEDx Talks and sharing his lifesaving insights on Mental Health Awareness. He believes that where there is humor there is hope, where there is laughter there is life, nobody dies laughing. The right person, at the right time, with the right information, can save a life.

Registrants do not have to view webinars at their scheduled release time. Purchasing a ticket provides individuals access to all five webinars and materials until May 31, 2021.

Frank King did a great job presenting what can be a difficult topic with honesty and humor. Definitely worth the time and investment in your understanding of suicide – from a survivors perspective!
